For the second year, Nobel team members enjoyed the annual teambuilding activities exclusively online. Due to the pandemic, but also because our colleagues are spread in over 20 countries all around the world, we decided to meet virtually in a Zoom conference. Nevertheless, we had great fun playing an online game meant to test our virtual team communication and interaction. It was a great exercise to improve our operational skills in the virtual environment.

We split into teams and competed in a fun adventure game. Of course, we were all winners in the end, as we got the chance to see all our colleagues gathered together, we laughed, remembered old anecdotes and had the opportunity to meet new colleagues from other cultures.

Once in a while, we like to gather in a different setting than the usual work environment and simply spend time together, know each other better and share fun experiences. Strong teams are the essence of Nobel and we encourage having these bonding sessions as often as possible.
