Nobel team members got the chance to say thank you and express their unspoken words of gratitude towards fellow colleagues on a virtual appreciation wall.

We were delighted to read everyone’s words of kindness shared on the online board, recognizing the merits of the fellow team members who are there for us every day. Sometimes we take colleagues’ special qualities for granted, so this was a great opportunity to give a shout-out to teammates that we simply enjoy working with and who might not hear it from us enough.

The camaraderie increased after we got to say what we appreciated most about each other, and we are happy to continue fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment based on peer gratitude and appreciation!
