In a refreshed format of our book club, members of N.A.R.A. (Nobel Anonymous Readers Association) listened to a podcast before discussing it together in an online meeting.

We decided on the podcast topic by voting for our preferences, and we enjoyed an engaging and insightful conversation around it with colleagues worldwide. While sharing our personal reflections on the podcast content, we also came up with action points that we might implement based on the debated themes.

By breaking the routine of everyday work with informal get-together events like this, we have the chance to interact in a different context with our teammates, leading to better understanding of each other and a more collaborative work environment in general.
