Here at Nobel we are a team of people from all over the world, so it’s always nice and insightful to share with our colleagues from other countries different aspects of our home culture. This time around, in one of our Fun at Work activities, we switched the perspective a little bit and challenged team members to present to the rest of the team a souvenir they cherish from a country they visited.

Most of us collect memorabilia from the different places that we traveled to throughout the years, so this was the perfect team activity to take a closer look at our keepsakes and reminisce on the good time we spent discovering another culture. From stuffed toys, clothing items and postcards, to stones and events tickets, Nobel team members shared their favorite souvenirs with colleagues in this exciting contest with prizes.

This challenge proved to be a great opportunity to showcase pieces of the many beautiful countries that we visited from all around the world, including the ones represented in our multicultural team.

Our monthly Fun at Work activities offer us the chance to interact with fellow teammates in an informal setting. While most of our roles are entirely remote, these virtual events are highly appreciated and valuable for the continuous improvement of our multicultural collaboration.
