In February, at our monthly Fun at Work team activity, we challenged our brains with an entertaining online word guessing game! Nobel team members from all over the word joined in and played for fun and special prizes.

We had to guess an 8-letter word in maximum 6 tries following the rules of the famous Wordle game. As an extra hint, to make the game even more interesting, our custom word had to make sense in the phrase: “At Nobel, we celebrate the cultural _______ of every country represented in our multicultural team.”

The hidden word we were looking for was “heritage”, as an homage to the cultural background and traditions of our diverse team members worldwide.

Our monthly Fun at Work activities always bring us closer and offer us the chance to interact with fellow teammates in an informal setting. While most of our roles are entirely remote, these virtual events are highly appreciated and valuable for the continuous improvement of our multicultural collaboration.
