Our latest Fun at Work challenge for all Nobel team members consisted of sharing House Decoration Traditions from our many different cultures. As we work from home most of the time, this was a great opportunity to have a glimpse inside the homes of our fellow teammates.

Team members from all corners of the world posted on our internal photo board about traditional objects that they are keeping in their houses or any home decorative elements that showcase the cultural heritage of their native countries.

We thoroughly enjoyed this activity that facilitated bonding and brought us closer together as a multicultural team. Besides learning about the fascinating interior design customs of various cultures worldwide, we also felt welcome in the homes of our colleagues and discovered the particularities of our colleagues’ personal style.  

Our monthly Fun at Work activities offer us the chance to interact with fellow teammates in an informal setting. While most of our roles are entirely remote, these virtual events are highly appreciated and valuable for the continuous improvement of our multicultural collaboration.
