Once we’ve selected your resume and you’ve accepted to enter the recruitment process, here’s briefly what will happen:
HR Interview
We will invite you to an interactive interview where you will have the chance to know us better as a company and we will get a better insight into your skills, work experience and professional achievements.
Testing
Depending on the job profile you apply for, you will take personality and logical thinking tests, English skills tests and technical knowledge tests to determine if you are fit for the job.
Interview with a Manager or Team
This is when you meet your possible future manager or your team. The interview will give you the opportunity to further showcase your abilities and professional experience, as well as learn more about the job.
Hiring Decision
We will analyze the shortlist of candidates, decide on the best fit for our team and contact you right away.
Reference Check
Based on contact details provided by you, we’ll have a phone/e-mail conversation with 2 managers or colleagues you’ve directly worked with, to validate your past performance and qualification for the job.
Offer Meeting
We will make you an offer to join our team and, if your answer is positive, we will further help you with the labor contract and start preparing for your arrival.
