Contributing to Nobelbiz’s business growth by leading client implementations, having in mind both client satisfaction and business relevance.

 Responsibilities:

  • Intake and active management of new client implementations by establishing and maintaining close relationship with customers;
  • Plan and manage projects with specific focus on deliverables, tasks and due dates, as well as customer satisfaction;
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members;
  • Reporting, documentation, and project analysis including pipeline, timeline adherence, post-mortem, KPI review;
  • Coordinate internal/external and facilitate task completion resources for flawless execution of multiple projects;
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Project Management Experience/ Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus;
  • Experience in a software development environment;
  • Integrity;
  • Customer orientation;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
  • Ability to work with deadlines and with minimum supervision;
  • Familiarity with working with Gantt charts;
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
