  • Learn how companies in various industries run their contact centers
  • This ideal candidate will partner with the sales team to discover the client’s needs, discuss our product’s technological capabilities and business value and document this in a logical and organized manner.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate how to translate how technology can drive operational outcomes.

•    Dive into the prospective clients business to understand what they do, how do they do it, and why do they do it
•    Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations
•    Partner with the sales team to generate new clients
•    Complete RFPs
•    Maintain prospective client information/documentation
•    Travel to prospective client sites and or trade shows
