As a Sales Engineer you will be using your technical knowledge and product familiarity during the pre-sales process, presenting products to clients, answering technical questions and gathering requirements that lay the ground for effective solution implementations.

What are we looking for:

Must haves:

  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based contact center solutions gained from either a Pre-Sales or Sales Engineer role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills in English.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and results oriented.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and remain composed in challenging situations.
  • Capability to apply engineering, technology, or related principles to support product sales.

Nice to have:

  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A fast learner, able to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for success and taking initiative.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities to address complex issues.
  • Comfortable engaging with high-level decision-makers at major enterprises.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

What you will do:

  • Become a subject matter expert on the company`s CCSaaS technology, both from a functional, as well as a technical perspective
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions and workshops with prospects to identify use cases and business pains points in or around the contact center environment
  • Act as strategic consultant to potential clients, leading the demonstration of the company`s CCSaaS solutions
  • Master our company`s value proposition, ensuring consistency in messaging the solution’s features and functions
  • Gather, elicit, and document requirements- translating customer needs and requests into product implementation requirements.
  • Design specifications or solution proposals
  • Strategically map company`s CCSaaS technology to the client’s pain and underlying business challenges
  • Actively communicating and partnering with Sales, Engineering, Product Management with respect to customer requirements and needs
  • Helping prioritize product roadmap based on customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends
