Product Training Specialist – remote role

Nobelbiz Training and Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to Nobelbiz products or services, for both external and internal customers (team members).

In this role you'll be contributing to company`s business growth by continuously developing and delivering high quality training programs related to Nobelbiz products or services.

Responsibilities:

  • Gaining a deep understanding of the product or service and its potential applications within the industry;
  • Maintaining knowledge of the company’s offerings and competitors’ products;
  • Assessing training and development needs based on defined training feedback loop- for both internal and external training;
  • Designing, developing, and presenting training materials, using various forms and formats, that educate customers and employees on product functionality, best practices or procedures;
  • Creating presentations, guides, and/or videos that outline the features and benefits of products and services;
  • Ensuring that all training materials are up to date and relevant to the company’s product and services portfolio while ensuring cohesive formats across all forms of delivery method;
  • Preparing for personalized/dedicated customer training sessions by adapting syllabus, lesson plans, and handouts to fulfill clients’ specific needs to learn, maintain or improve system skills;
  • Establishing & maintaining training and development activities, attendance, assessment results, and retraining needs;
  • Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback;
  • Liaising with SMEs for creating training materials and delivering training on technical/specialized training;

Competencies:

  • Previous experience in Contact Center management/supervision/training;
  • Self-motivated with initiative and drive to be successful;
  • Ability to research & evaluate training options and alternatives;
  • Ability to work with deadlines and with minimum supervision;
  • Experience in interfacing with prospective trainees to determine training needs;
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, email and presentation);
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personality types;
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods;
  • Customer orientation;
