THE INS AND OUTS OF EMOTIONS WEBINAR

On October 26th, as part of our Be Well and Excel program, we attended „The Ins and Outs of Emotions” webinar, where we learned about the mind-body connection and disconnection, and we practiced techniques to better master our emotions.

The trainers for this program were Dr. Florian Koleci and Psych. Diana Amza. Florian is a trainer and psychiatrist with over 20 years of expertise in mental health and cognitive-behavioral therapy. Diana is a trainer and specialist psychotherapist, with training in Experiential Psychotherapy and Neuro Mindfulness Coaching.

They taught us to:

  • practice the body-scan technique
  • reframe emotions using the MAPS (messenger, ally, power and survival reframing questions)
  • practice the anchoring method (ACE), when emotions overflow.

We take emotional wellbeing very seriously and are happy to provide such specialized webinar to our Nobel team members.
