At our latest Be Well and Excel event, we focused on our Nobel team members’ emotional and mental wellbeing by hosting a virtual workshop themed around “Emotions and Thoughts”.
With the help of our guest trainer, Vesna Laković van Kempen from Bujoo Education, we gained a deeper understanding of our emotions and thought patterns and learned about the brain’s remarkable neuroplasticity while engaging in some practical mindfulness exercises to calm our minds and emotions.
Nobel team members joined the online event from all over the world and we were excited to work in groups and pairs on the different exercises proposed by our host. Thoughts and feelings impact our daily lives, work and relationships, so it was essential for us to attend this workshop that allowed us to have a better understanding of the interplay between thoughts and emotions.
