In this remote work era, it’s essential to prioritize physical health and overall wellbeing. We believe that movement can be a medicine for a better life, that’s why we offered our Nobel team members access to the online workshop “Stay Fit and Healthy while Working from Home”, where we explored physical therapy tips and tricks that enhance health and quality of life.
Our trainer guided us through different techniques to improve our posture and showed us the correct posture in sitting, standing, walking, and sleeping. She also demonstrated an exercise program focused on neck self-massage and stretching the necessary muscles while sitting at a desk.
We found this workshop extremely valuable in helping us create the right daily routines to maintain our physical wellbeing and correct posture while working from home in different home office set-ups.
The “Stay Fit and Healthy while Working from Home” online workshop was part of our Be Well and Excel program, which is dedicated to offering all our team members the necessary tools and resources for a successful and fulfilling life. Through our internal events, trainings and workshops, we cover a wide range of wellbeing areas, from emotional, spiritual, social and mental wellbeing to financial, occupational and physical wellbeing.
