During International Week of Happiness at Work (September 20-26, 2021), we challenged ourselves to track our happiness and become more aware of the small moments that make us feel good and smile every day. We actually counted and shared with the team the amount of happiness we experience in a day!

It turned out that Nobel team members smile on an average between 4 to 6 times per day!

We also discovered that we have many reasons to be thankful for our colleagues. Most of us say “Thank you” at work up to 5 times a day. Some of us even more!

When it comes to qualities that make us happy in our colleagues, these are the most frequently mentioned in our team:  being funny, kind and friendly.

The “Capture Your Happiness” quizzes were an excellent exercise to make us realize that we are happier than we think and the results encourage us to keep counting the little moments of joy every day.
