We continued our series of wellbeing webinars with an interesting session about Diet and Lifestyle in Ayurveda. Guided by our trainer, we discovered some useful Ayurvedic practices from the old holistic medicine of India, also known as the science of life. This ancient knowledge can be applied to prevent, improve and stop degenerative processes and illnesses.
Nobel team members from all over the world attended the webinar and learned about simple diet and lifestyle practices that honor our own nature and help us come back to balance. It was a valuable online meeting which enriched us with strategies meant to improve our wellbeing and overall health.
The “Diet and Lifestyle in Ayurveda” webinar was part of our Be Well and Excel program, which is dedicated to offering all our team members the necessary tools and resources for a successful and fulfilling life. Through our internal events, trainings and workshops, we cover a wide range of wellbeing areas, from emotional, spiritual, social and mental wellbeing to financial, occupational and physical wellbeing.
