Culture speaks a universal language, so we were delighted to share our cultural resources and events recommendations with other Nobel team members worldwide.

Using a virtual board, we invited colleagues from all over the world to pin their notes about cultural discoveries that they came across recently and that expanded their knowledge or simply made them feel something special, an experience worth sharing with other teammates.

From music and theatre festivals to coffee farm tours, museums and art exhibitions, our team members’ recommendations were full of inspiration and helped us explore new topics, discover exciting things and enrich our cultural horizons together.

The “Explore, Discover, Enrich!” activity was part of our Be Well and Excel program, which is dedicated to offering all our team members the necessary tools and resources for a successful and fulfilling life. Through our internal events, trainings and workshops, we cover a wide range of wellbeing areas, from emotional, spiritual, social and mental wellbeing to financial, occupational and physical wellbeing.
