WELLBEING WEBINAR: TRAUMA AND ITS IMPACT ON THE QUALITY OF OUR LIVES

In our latest webinar dedicated to mental and emotional wellbeing for all Nobel team members, we approached the topic of Trauma and Its Impact on the Quality of Our Lives, with the help of an experienced trainer.

Trauma and stress can both have major impacts on our experiences. With the help of tools like the ones we were offered by our trainer we can have access to empowering strategies to cope and overcome negative effects for a healthier and happier life.

During our online session, we examined the different characteristics of stress and trauma, assessed the impact of trauma on our needs and experiences, while also learning to recognize signs of distress and build resilience for a better quality of life.

The “Trauma and Its Impact on the Quality of Our Lives” webinar was part of our Be Well and Excel program, which is dedicated to offering all our team members the necessary tools and resources for a successful and fulfilling life. Through our internal events, trainings and workshops, we cover a wide range of wellbeing areas, from emotional, spiritual, social and mental wellbeing to financial, occupational and physical wellbeing.
