To celebrate International Women’s Day, we treated all the lovely ladies in our Nobel team to an empowering workshop session about regaining the force to shine as a woman. This was part of our Be Well and Excel program, where we offer resources and personalized tools for a successful life to our team members.

The “Empowering Women” workshop was held by Anca Banita, Business & Life Coach, Communication Professional and Trainer with 8+ years of experience on topics such as Personal Branding, Communication, Public Relations and Storytelling, delivering both corporate and open courses to more than 1,200 managers and entrepreneurs.

Through a practical and interactive approach, the workshop taught us how to:

• Deconstruct limiting beliefs about being a woman
• Raise self-awareness related to own gifts & skills
• Communicate in a feminine way
• Build a new way to relate to men and ourselves

This educational and inspirational online event was also a great opportunity to network, as the participating women in our team shared insights and personal experiences with each other. We came out of this session refreshed, more confident and empowered!
