A DAY AT MY JOB: SMS PRODUCT SPECIALIST

Our team member, Elton Myftaraj, shares with us a regular work day at his job, giving us insight about being an SMS Product Specialist at Nobel:

“I usually wake up at 08:00 and first I wash my face, brush my teeth, have my breakfast until 09:00, when I say hello to my team and start reading emails.

These work steps have become very familiar to me. We read emails from our partners, we discuss about them on our team group, then we share feedback with them.

During my training phase, I used to be trained daily about one of our job tasks. This was done via Zoom/WowApp calls or chats with my team. I have managed to do tasks on my own on the first week here at Nobel. My team has been very helpful with this.

I try to keep my focus on our platform and to complete every request from team members or to solve any issue faced by our partners.

My lunch breaks are amazing as there is always food from my mom, and this made remote work easier.

I can easily listen to music and have my own files and personalization on my work desk.

And if everything is okay, I leave at 17:00 or 18:00, shutdown my laptop and after some chats or calls I hope I am out somewhere with my friends or relatives.“
