We were happy for the chance of knowing our teammates better in an activity that encouraged us to share about the quality that we appreciate the most in a colleague. The values that we cherish say a lot about our character and our work style, so we found this challenge particularly insightful.
Some of the most frequently mentioned attributes that Nobel team members admire and find desirable in a fellow teammate are: collaborative skills, assertive communication, reliability, adaptability, dedication, accountability, problem solving, and the ability to create a healthy relationship with the team.
Giving examples of situations when we noticed these qualities in a colleague or even mentioning a fellow teammate who embodies these characteristics took the activity to the next level, making us more aware about how we are perceived by colleagues and what they appreciate in each other when we work together.
This was one of the many activities through which we get to engage more with colleagues from different countries, as here at Nobel we are a multicultural team spread out all across the world.
