INTERVIEW WITH A TEAM MEMBER: CUSTOMER CARE AND RETENTION SPECIALIST

We asked one of our lovely team members from the Philippines, Dennis Karl Cabel (Customer Care and Retention Specialist) about his experience working at Nobel.

For how long have you been working at Nobel and what keeps you here?

I have been working with Nobel for almost a year now. What keeps me going is that every day at Nobel is always a learning day for me. I have been surrounded by good and humble colleagues that inspire me a lot and motivate me to excel on my own.

How would you describe the work environment?

Even if it’s a work-from-home set-up, I would say that the work environment is great. We can still manage to talk to each other and do some meetings online which for me it is still very effective because everyone can express their thoughts and ideas freely.

Tell us about a memorable achievement that makes you feel proud of yourself.

The most memorable achievement is that I have received an award and recognition, though it is not something like a gold trophy or medal, for me, it is good enough already to see that I have been doing good.
