Our lovely team member from Nicaragua, Grisel Paiz (Client Advocate), kindly answered some of our questions about her experience of working at Nobel.

What made you choose Nobel?

One of the things that made me choose Nobel is how inclusive it is. It doesn’t matter your cultural, social, or economic background. If you are fit for the role they will let you know they want you and value you. Additionally, they offer fully remote jobs and a very good work-life balance, I’m able to travel and enjoy life as well!

What is your first impression of working here?

I realized immediately this is a place where you can share your perspective and it will be heard. You feel welcomed since day 1 and they truly trust you and your time management skills.

What are your plans and expectations for the future, career-wise?

I’ve been interested in exploring my creative side for a while now and I recently got interested in web development, hopefully, in the future, I will be a web developer that will create and launch her own projects.

What are you passionate about/ what are your hobbies?

I am passionate about food and different cultures, I am a sucker for mythology so I hope one day I can visit Greece, Egypt, and the Nordic Regions and see landmarks that are mentioned in songs and myths.
