Being a multicultural company with team members spread throughout the globe, most of our roles are completely remote. This means that Nobel team members can enjoy the flexibility of working with us from anywhere in the world!

Working from home is one of the most appreciated perks that comes with being a part of the Nobel team. Also, as our team members are from all over the world, we get to interact with colleagues from so many different cultures and add their diverse perspectives to our own. We are home to a dynamic workplace, where we celebrate our differences and learn from each other, fostering an inclusive culture.

To bridge the physical distance between us, some of our lovely team members from Bolivia, Colombia, Romania and Serbia shared photos of their home office set-up or a view from their home office window. We were happy to get familiarized with the surroundings of our fellow teammates from other countries. Plus, we discovered that we are united not only by our shared values, but also by our love for pets, as you can easily tell from the pictures.
