In our latest Be Well and Excel online workshop session, we worked on improving our relational mediation skills and learned how to better handle conflict in general.
The workshop on “Conflict Mediation Methods” was designed for all Nobel team members who are interested in appeasing conflicts within their families, colleagues, friends or community members. Moving away from the aggressive-competitive approach of negotiation, and focusing more on an empathic behavior, mediation is all about preserving and redefining the relationship between the parties in conflict.
In this practical online session, our experienced guest trainer walked us through some of the key aspects of mastering a natural flow of communication in a given relationship, be it a personal or professional one.
The “Conflict Mediation Methods” workshop was part of our Be Well and Excel program, which is dedicated to offering all our team members the necessary tools and resources for a successful and fulfilling life. Through our internal events, trainings and workshops, we cover a wide range of wellbeing areas, from emotional, spiritual, social and mental wellbeing to financial, occupational and physical wellbeing.
