Nobel team members worldwide laced up their shoes, got moving, and had a fantastic time in the “Active Feet, Happy Paws” Steps Challenge!
This exciting team activity was meant to keep us in good fitness shape while also contributing to a meaningful cause. As we were counting our daily steps towards the goal of 2 million steps together, we supported funding an animal rescue charity.
It was fun contributing to a team effort, but we also enjoyed surpassing each other in the leaderboard showing the number of steps for each participant. We became consciously more active for the duration of this activity and we took with us the intent of having a healthier lifestyle afterwards as well.
This challenge benefited both our general wellbeing and that of animals worldwide as we are fighting for a world where humans treat animals with respect, empathy and understanding.
Making a positive impact while staying active helped us bond even more as a team. Participants from our multicultural team from various countries of the world joined us in this friendly competition.
The “Active Feet, Happy Paws” Steps Challenge was part of our Be Well and Excel program, which is dedicated to offering all our team members the necessary tools and resources for a successful and fulfilling life. Through our internal events, trainings and workshops, we cover a wide range of wellbeing areas, from emotional, spiritual, social and mental wellbeing to financial, occupational and physical wellbeing.
