MY RELATIONSHIPS: A HEALTHY APPROACH TO CONFLICT WEBINAR

Continuing the series of our emotional wellbeing webinars, on November 23rd we attended a very useful session about „My Relationships: A Healthy Approach to Conflict”. Nobel team members who participated at the event learned about conflict management methods and practiced the language adaptation model to reconcile difficult relationships.

The trainers for this program were Dr. Florian Koleci and Psych. Diana Amza. Florian is a trainer and psychiatrist with over 20 years of expertise in mental health and cognitive-behavioral therapy. Diana is a trainer and specialist psychotherapist, with training in Experiential Psychotherapy and Neuro Mindfulness Coaching.

We learned about:

  • conflict management methods through non-violent communication;
  • how to use the pyramid of services to prevent conflicts;
  • adapt our language according to the other person’s typology;
  • how to have a practical approach to conflict situations.
