Last month, we encouraged our Nobel team members to take steps towards a healthier lifestyle that would improve both their physical and mental wellbeing. We organized a Physical Exercise Competition for Nobel team members worldwide where participants could engage in any kind of sport or physical activity and share their progress with the rest of the team.
We discovered we have a very active, determined and strong team as colleagues from all corners of the world documented their journey of practicing sports, walking, cycling, running, weightlifting, doing Pilates, cardio fitness or even hiking, skydiving, kayaking and more.
Through their daily logs, our competitors motivated each other to keep going, showing us results in terms of time spent exercising, number of kilometers walked or number of steps accomplished each day. We cheered for them, encouraged them and feel very proud for all their achievements!
In the end, the most active team members were rewarded with prizes and the glory of being a true inspiration for all of us! We had great fun learning more about other colleagues’ hobbies and their favorite physical activities.
We bonded as a team over the inspirational photos and videos that we shared with each other and together we took our healthy lifestyles to the next level.
The Physical Exercise Competition was part of our Be Well and Excel program, which is dedicated to offering all our team members the necessary tools and resources for a successful and fulfilling life. Through our internal events, trainings and workshops, we cover a wide range of wellbeing areas, from emotional, spiritual, social and mental wellbeing to financial, occupational and physical wellbeing.
