In one of our recent team activities we encouraged our colleagues to share about their personal and professional development resolutions. Through this fun challenge, we got to discover what our teammates wish to accomplish in their careers, but also learn about the hobbies they want to invest in more or the skills they are working towards improving.

We felt inspired reading about other team members’ goals and found common ground with colleagues who shared the same objectives as ours. This fun yet introspective activity gave us the opportunity to support fellow workmates, to cheer and root for achieving those milestones. It also helped to know each other better, to be aware of our colleagues’ aspirations, struggles, topics of interests and hobbies.

From developing a specific soft skill or studying a new language, to getting a certain professional certificate or accomplish better time management, the list of goals mapped our team members’ intentions towards constant growth. As a team, we are constantly learning together and from each other, and we are united by the shared motivation to permanently self-improve.
