TEAM MEMBER OPINION: SENIOR CUSTOMER CARE AND RETENTION SPECIALIST

Our team member, Elena Gighileanu, Senior Customer Care and Retention Specialist, shares her opinion about working in a multicultural environment at Nobel:

“Nobel has started on a journey, a couple of years ago, to create a diverse customer service team and they succeeded.

It has inspired me to see the workplace and the world in many more colors, not just black and white.

Every single one of my colleagues has thought me to think outside the box and open myself to the benefits of diversity.

Since then, Nobel has attracted the right candidates and it was a pleasure working with them and still is.

Working with people from different nationalities has been an inspiring experience.

As a team and also as a company, we’ve reached higher levels of performance and challenges that showed us that we can be better and stronger.

Cultural diversity has introduced so much valuable information and perspectives from which our team has benefited in problem solving, decision making, and can be seen in team performance.

I am looking forward for many more to come so join us at Nobel!”
