Get to know one of our newest team members from Venezuela – Carlos José Lacruz Bolívar, and learn what it was like for him to join Nobel as Customer Care and Retention Specialist by reading a short interview he gave us below:
What made you choose Nobel?
Since I realized that I needed to improve my career, I knew that it was time to search for better opportunities. It wasn’t easy, because there are a lot of job opportunities out there. But one day I just saw the Nobel ad and said “That is going to be my job.” My experience and knowledge fit the description and of course, I knew that there will be a lot of people that wanted this job, but I still said to myself “I’m going to make it!” And one lucky day I noticed a message on my email, from Nobel and it was one of my most exciting and nervous moments.
What is your first impression of working here?
I noticed that, in here, people are in search of success and always try to push everyone forward to make our beliefs real. If I had to choose one way to explain my first impression, it would be this one: At Nobel, there are so many friendly and good team workers that they make you enjoy your job.
What are your plans and expectations for the future, career-wise?
Keep moving forward until one day I become a Senior and then continue to reach the highest position. I always want to help grow, because that way we will all grow together.
What are you passionate about? What are your hobbies?
I love to be with my family and friends. And I love working out, sports and making other people laugh, one smile can positively change your day.
